KATE Hudson and Owen Wilson have denied reports that they are engaged.
The rumours surfaced after Kate was spotted wearing a diamond ring on her wedding finger.
But Kate's rep has dismissed reports of an impending wedding day, stating the ring is merely a prop for Kate's latest film.
She said: "She's definitely not engaged. She's shooting a movie called Bride Wars, which explains the ring."
Kate and Owen split last year, but
reports of a rekindled romance between the pair surfaced earlier this year when the pair were spotted looking close and leaving the same hotel together.
Owen was recently linked to Jennifer Aniston while
Kate has admitted she still loves her ex-husband.
