Billie Piper says pregnancy and working don’t mix.

‘The desire to sit on my a**e and stuff my face was not that conducive to work,’ she says.

‘I wanted food constantly, it didn’t matter what.’ And filming was not a pretty process.

She admitted: ‘I felt like a sweating sea cow.’

That can’t be easy when you’re supposed to be ‘a sexually liberated, empowered, horny, young prostitute’. Thank the Lord for the good old body double, eh?
